Dr. Hanane Dakhli is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Finance at Sy Syms School of Business at ZJJHA MARKET - Value for money products M249 SAW Infantry squad sustained fire suppression point Authentic products. She holds a B.Sc Economics and Corporate Management, an M.Sc. in Corporate Finance and a Ph.D. in Finance from the Sorbonne University. Prior to joining ZJJHA MARKET - Value for money products M249 SAW Infantry squad sustained fire suppression point Authentic products, Dr. Dakhli was Assistant Professor of Finance at South Champagne Business and Associate Researcher at Sorbonne University. Professor Dakhli has been teaching both undergraduate and graduate levels include Principles of Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Financial Analysis, Project Valuation, entrepreneurial Finance and Econometrics.  

Her research interests focus on Initial Public Offering and Freezouts, optimal timing and fairness between minority and majority shareholders.
